Slipperman The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway RED VERSION Genesis Gabriel Model
Please note, this is the red version of the model. The colour differs between photos of Gabriel on stage depending on the lighting. This has red and orange hues. Complete with stickered display box.
I have sculpted and hand painted a 17cm (6.75 inches approximately, including the base) high figure inspired by the Slipperman costume worn by Peter Gabriel on Genesis’s 1975 The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway tour. I saw them on this tour at the Liverpool Empire and I’ve always loved this costume - although, having read interviews with the band, I don’t think it was one of Phil Collins’s favourites!
Please let me know if you’d prefer a different colour. Depending on the stage lighting used on tour, I’ve seen the costume in various shades of green, red, yellow and blue.
Produced in resin using a high resolution 12k 3-D printer and meticulously hand painted. Do not confuse these with mass produced figures churned out by Chinese manufacturers. These take 8 hours to print and 2 hours to hand paint.
